At Artisanal, we take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if your garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
