DIRECTIONS FOR USE >

• Heat or chill food to desired serving temperature before adding to jar

• For optimal temperature retention, preheat jar by adding boiling water for hot food or chilling with ice for cold food and secure the lid. Leave for a few minutes before emptying and then adding desired contents.
